Adoption Updates

Koopa, formerly Reggie, Adopted August 10, 2020

“Reggie, now known as Koopa, is our sweetest little boy. He is the snuggliest boy and loves play time. Can’t imagine our home without our little man squeaking his toys, rolling around and giving kisses. He brings more joy to us than anything.” –Ella

Luna and Artemis, formerly Tina and Tippy, Adopted January 23, 2023

“These two couldn’t be a more perfect fit to our home. My wife Katie and I absolutely adore them. They are cuddlebugs and are super energetic, love to also play and are very well-behaved. They will keep their original names as middle names, something we’ve always done, and they will be Luna Tina and Artemis Tippy. They love their big dog brother, Shinji and sister, Yui.”  –Travis

Molly, formerly Jenny, Adopted December 10, 2022

“Molly is one of the sweetest cats we have ever met. She is curious, active, and inquisitive. But she also snuggles with us. In fact, she often lets my wife sing to her while being held in her arms. Molly and her older sister Carmella still have their differences–Molly wants to play ALL the time. But we are sure they will learn to tolerate each other in time. Molly loves her new forever home and we thank everyone who made this adoption possible!” –David

Winnie, formerly Lindy, Adopted February 28, 2022

“Since adopting Winnie about a year ago, she has continued to become more and more herself, both feisty and incredibly loving. She loves car rides and squeaky toys, has learned to swim and continues to keep the backyard squirrel-free. I truly cannot imagine life without her now and am so thankful for the work of Safe Hands.” –Emmy

James and Jacob, Adopted January 15, 2023

“James and Jacob are doing great in their forever home. They love to play and snuggle with everyone. In fact, our 2017 Safe Hands Rescue dog Taylor now thinks she is a cat.” –Allison
