Homeless animals need help, maybe now more than ever. With Covid continuing to impact people, more and more animals are being abandoned in our partner communities. They all deserve a chance to find comfort, care, and happiness with a loving family of their own. We remain committed to helping them.

Meet Maeve.

Maeve’s owner died and she was left with no one to care for her. She was put outside on a chain. Occasionally someone stopped by to feed her. Her foot became tangled in the chain but no one noticed. She endured excruciating pain as her foot swelled and the metal bit into her flesh.

Finally and fortunately, someone did notice. They contacted our partner shelter who immediately called us. Maeve needed help fast. Her foot was gone and the wound was infected. Her leg needed to be amputated to save her life.

Thanks to the generosity of animal lovers like you, we were able to immediately get her to a veterinary clinic. She had surgery and is recovering well! Soon she will be ready to find a new family and home of her own. Until then, she’ll get all she needs.
