With your help, Brighter Days are ahead for animals.
Brighter Days is a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign to raise money to help with Safe Hands' biggest needs. Summer is a challenging season for us. We need your help to raise crucial funds to continue our lifesaving work. Not only will you be helping animals in need, but you'll earn great prizes, too.
Help us raise money by setting up a fundraising page and asking your friends and family to support our efforts.
Every dollar you raise helps you earn one-of-a-kind prizes!
Prizes are cumulative. For example, if you raise $1,000, you will be awarded all prize levels up to and including the $1,000 prize.
$250 -Brighter Days T-shirt
$500 - 2 Tickets to a SHAR Day at the Twins on Sunday, July 26th or a SHAR logo tote bag
$1,000 - Your choice of a SHAR Jacket or YETI Rambler
$1,500 - All of the above!
Get started today!
Setting up a fundraising page is fun and easy. You have until July 12th to earn prizes! Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3!
1. Click on this https://www.givemn.org/story/BD2026 to get started. If you already have an account with GiveMN, login, or create a username and password.
Under "Start Your Own Fundraiser", click "Get Started".
2. Click "Create Your Fundraiser" and customize the template we've provided. Don't worry, most of the information is provided, and you can choose how much you want to raise!
Where it says "Start your own turn-key fundraiser", click the edit button. Add a few words about why you are fundraising, such as "Safe Hands is helping so many animals in need, and I want to help."
The default goal is $500. Click the edit button to change it if desired.
When finished, click the Publish button in the blue banner at the top of the page. You're set!
3. Share your unique fundraising link with friends and family by clicking the green "Share Now" button. All funds raised from your individual fundraising page will be reflected in your own totals, as well as on the organization's main page. It's that simple!
